Creating Your First Project​

1. Create a New Project​

Click on the “Create a New Project” button on your dashboard.

2. Enter Project Details​

Enter a Project Name and Choose between a "Generic" or "Support" project type, depending on your requirements. Then, click on the “Create” button to initiate the project setup.

There are two types of projects you can create on Odin.

Generic project
Generic projects are best suited for daily workflows and tasks providing tailored responses by offering conversational AI, a custom knowledge base, and more.

Support Project
This project enables you to streamline customer support services by offering captivating features like smart agents, custom personalities, and more. A support project will automatically be a public project.

Note: The only difference is that Support enables the feature to be public, allowing for a ChatBot, Unit Testing, and Analytics functionalities.
