# Connect SharePoint to the Knowledge Base

> Sync SharePoint documents and libraries with the Knowledge Base.

With the Microsoft SharePoint connector, you can bring your organization's SharePoint documents and libraries directly into the Knowledge Base. Once connected, Odin AI Platform keeps your SharePoint content synced and fully searchable, making it accessible to your AI agents without copying files out of Microsoft 365.

## Connecting to SharePoint

  <Step title="Open Project Settings">
    In your Odin AI Platform project, navigate to **Settings** in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Connections">
    Select the **Connections** tab and find the **Microsoft SharePoint** tile under **Cloud Storage & Documentation**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the SharePoint popup">
    Click the **Microsoft SharePoint** tile. A popup appears with the option to connect your organization's SharePoint to sync documents. Click **+ Connect SharePoint**.

  <Step title="Authenticate with Microsoft">
    You will be redirected to Microsoft to authenticate. Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant Odin AI Platform the necessary permissions to access your SharePoint.

  <Step title="Verify the connection">
    Once authenticated, you will be returned to the Connections page. The **Microsoft SharePoint** tile will display a green dot and a count of your active SharePoint connections.
